CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If the customer decides to cancel the reservation: - 30 days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation will return 100% of reserva.- Between 15 and 30 days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation , will return 50% of reserva.- 15 days or less from the date fixed for occupying the accommodation is not refunded any amount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Check-in time: from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (18:00h-19:00h)

- To book the house be handed a pay-and-signal 50% of the c / c's that indicate the rest payable in cash at the time of entry and delivery of keys.

- The reserve will not be effective until the client had not agreed to the payment (three days for payment) .

- The owner reserves the right to require the client 25% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit response to possible damage to facilities and equipment in the house. This deposit will be refunded if there danys.

- not allowed to use the house or its surroundings for any type of activity different from pactada.

- The owner is not liable for any personal objete or the / s vehicle / s, property of the client, who are at home during the days reserved, or the loss, disappearance or theft.
